History of Madrid including Royal Palace Half Day Walking Tour
We will explore the corners of the historical district, known as Austrias due to its connection with the Habsburgs. The old city will pop up around us through the Plaza Mayor and the stone-cobbled streets in the area, and proudly reveal corners that preserve the flavor of times gone by. We will also step into site in the historical city you can’t miss: the magnificent Royal Palace. Built over the foundations of the medieval Arab fortress, over the centuries different monarchs have left their mark both in the décor and the design of its gardens. A stroll through the Royal Palace’s halls is a journey to the last 400 years of Spain’s history.
Prado Museum with Art Specialist and Tapas Tasting Half Day Walking Tour
Meet your guide at the hotel lobby for this walking tour. Opened in 1819, Museo del Prado is one of the world’s most important art museums. With an overwhelming concentration of Spanish painting and European masters from the 16th to the 19th century, the quality of its collection is truly singular. Enjoy a leisurely, expert guided walk of the museum and its surroundings, exploring its impressive concentration of historical buildings, sculptures, green areas and fountains, and discover the treasures of the Museo del Prado and its collection. End your tour with a tasting of Spanish Tapas to sample local gastronomy.
Toledo Half Day Tour
Meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Toledo. Start your tour with a visit to Toledo’s great Cathedral, seat of the Spanish Church, with its collection of great paintings in the sacristy. Then, we will walk along the cobbled streets of this well-preserved city, full of churches, convents and Synagogues. Not to be missed during this tour-Church of Santo Tome and Synagogue of El Transito. At the end of the tour, you will be met by your driver for transfer back to Madrid.

Train Transfer: Madrid – Cordoba
Sit back during this train ride (approx 1 hour 40 minutes) taking you to Cordoba.

Cordoba Half Day Walking Tour
A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Cordoba’s historic center is famous for its Great Mosque. Visit the famous Mosque-turned-Cathedral, Alcazar Fortress of the Christian Monarchs. Walk through its old town and Jewish Quarter, where the oldest Synagogue in Spain is located. This tour concludes with lunch at a local restaurant at your own expense before meeting your driver for transfer to Seville.
Car Transfer: Cordoba to Seville
Transfer to Seville (approx 1 hour 40 minutes) and check into your hotel for the night.
Seville Half Day Walking Tour
Your guide will meet you at the hotel lobby to commence this walking tour. Begin with a visit to the Royal Palace-Reales Alcazares, which is one of the best examples of Christian-Islamic architecture with Moorish, Gothic and Renaissance elements. Continue to Seville’s Cathedral and finish with a stroll through the charming old quarter: Barrio de Santa Cruz.
Flamenco Show with Tapas
This evening, in an intimate theatre, immerse yourself in the colourful world of Flamenco while the dancers move to the rhythm of the guitars. While you feast your eyes, your tastebuds will be tempted with delectable tapas.
Car Transfer: Seville – Ronda
Meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Ronda (approx 1 hour and 45 minutes).
Ronda Monumental Tour (3h)
Begin your tour in the whitewashed historic quarter and visit Ronda’s beautiful monumental bullring, the oldest stone bullring in Spain. Cross the bridge to the Moorish Town to visit one of the town palaces. Conclude your tour with lunch at a local restaurant at your own expense. Thereafter, your driver will meet to at the restaurant to continue to Granada.
Car Transfer: Ronda – Granada
Transfer to Granada (appox 2 hours and 10 minutes). Check into your hotel for the night.
Taxi Transfer: Hotel – Alhambra
This morning, meet your guide at the hotel lobby and your guide will call a taxi for transfer to Alhambra (taxi fare included).
Tour of Alhambra and Albaicin (6h)
The Alhambra is a city, fortress and palace. It was the largest political and aristocratic center of the Muslim West. Albaicin is the oldest neighbourhood in Granada, perched on a hill in front of the Alhambra. Here, you will find famous viewpoints with spectacular views of the Alhambra.

Your guide will call a taxi (taxi fare included) for transfer from Albaicin to your hotel.
Car Transfer: Hotel to Airport
Meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Granada airport.
Flight: Granada to Barcelona
Depart Granada for Barcelona by domestic flight (approx 1 hour and 30 minutes).

Barcelona Gothic Quarter Walk
Take a city walk of Gothic Quarter, the ancient heart of the city dating back to 2000 years of Roman colony of Barcino. Visit the Augustus Temple, the cathedral and the palatine chapel of Santa Agata as you discover the streets and squares. For those who are interested or have more time, you may want to include a visit to the Picasso Museum.
Excursion to Montserrat (5h)
Meet your driver at the hotel lobby for transfer to Montserrat. It is located in a nature park west of Barcelona, where Catalonia’s patron saint, The Virgin of Montserrat is worshipped at the shrine in the monastery. 80 Benedictine monks still serve this shrine. You may visit the legendary statue of the Black Madonna. Your Monserrat is also home to the oldest boy’s choir in Europe and this choir trains in the Escolania with a high level of musical training, which you can consider experiencing if time permits and depending on your interest. Your driver will drive you back to Barcelona.
Gaudi Half Day Tour
Barcelona is famous for its Gaudi and other Art Nouveau architecture. On this tour, we will visit the magnificent Church of the Sagrada Familia and Park Guell, displaying Gaudi’s full artistic powers and innovative ideas in construction. After the tour, meet your driver for transfer to hotel.
