Quark Expeditions was founded in 1991 when the founders took the first group of commercial travellers to the North Pole. Quark Expeditions will soon operate 6 vessels of various comfort level but all of which take fewer than 200 passengers. The latest addition Quark Ultramarine will be equipped with two twin-engine helicopters, 20 quick-launching Zodiacs, spacious suites, wellness amenities and numerous outdoor wildlife viewing spaces.
